Coal Valley Library card holders can receive up to two 30-minute personalized tech help sessions per month.

Sign up for a one-on-one tech appointment!  Library staff is happy to help you learn how to use your new device, or teach you new tricks on your old one. We would love to help you get started with one of the digital resources that the library provides to you for free!  Your library card is your access to free digital and electronic resources.  If you don’t have a library card, stop in and get one today. It is free!

One-on-One Tech Help appointments are available Tuesday through Friday, 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and Saturdays, 11:00 a.m. - 1 p.m.

Please keep in mind that all appointments are subject to cancellation. If cancellation occurs staff will attempt to reschedule in a timely manner.

  • Using Library apps such as Libby and Boundless

  • Assistance setting up an email account
